In this On-line workshop we'll meet Moshe Feldenkrais at his next milestone - bringing his Judo to England and presenting his book Judo - the Art of Defense and Attack (1941).
In this book, Feldenkrais provides a process of learning basic Judo techniques, combining physics, self-defense and ideas pointing to the development of the Feldenkrais Method.
Following Moshe’s instruction, we’ll move from an ATM lesson to learning a Judo technique that will produce effortless but powerful body manipulation, coordinate arms, pelvis and legs, and control our balance.
